Funny you should say that about the "gossiping." I was going to caption the picture and say "shameful, but it looks a lot easier when you do it on the ground."
When the alpaca breed they couple for over a half hour.

Great winter photo shoot! Next time someone asks if goats can be out in the snow, I will send them to look at these pictures.... (I didnt notice what the alpacas were doing at first)..

I didn't notice what the Alpacas were doing, either. I thought they were just laying down. 😵

I was worried about my ND buckling having frost on him. After seeing these photos, I don't think I need to worry. 😄

Yeah, I can see me showing those pics to my goats. "See? You CAN go out in the snow!"

And the goats just looking at me, as if to say, "Yeah. I don't think so."

Thanks everyone. I can honestly say my goats don't mind the snow. Now rain, that's a completely different reaction!
We pretty much go on a walk every day into the woods and the snow doesn't really bother them. As long as they find goodies to eat, all's right with the world.
