Her shoulders could be better (I am being very critical of shoulders at this time though. ). She still seems quite small even with that size handler. Ask the breeder how much she weighs, or if she is close enough, go with a weight tape when you look at her. A young full-size doe should be birth weight plus 10 lbs per month of age, MINIMUM. I realize it seems weird that size would be a deterrent when choosing goats for a mini breeding program, but you want something healthy, strong and vigorous. I about LOL'd at the comment on finding a ND buck with long cannon bones to correct hers. Good luck with that! In my experience, it's easier to find a full size goat with exaggerated bone length in the legs than a Nigerian with adequately sized cannon bones, to get the right length there. She doesn't have much depth of jaw, and her feet look like they could use some improvement. You CAN find Nigerians with really nice feet fairly easily, and depth tends to not be much of an issues in Nigi's. So, all in all, she may be a good brood doe for you, or she may not. You wont' really know until or unless you try her. I have seen some really beautiful kids come from pretty mediocre does.
