first batch of pregnancy test results are back

sent in 17 samples to bio-tracking earlier this week.. got the pregnancy test results back this afternoon.. CAE won't be until later next week (not worried about any of those)... 16 of the 17 came back PREGNANT (I had already figured out yesterday Gloomy was open.. she was in roaring heat.. live covered her with one of SAADA lined boys I got from GA.).. Gloomy was our Ai (I was sad when I saw her in heat - but must admit to be a little excited too- happy for the chance to breed her to one of the new guys)..

VERY HAPPY that the other 16 came back pregnant .. of those 4 are FF.. always like to see a FF take on the first breeding... (it's going to be a BUSY couple of weeks in Feb!!!) STILL have 8 more does to test.. two of those still need bred.. have held off on breeding poor Jackie (she's the doe who had the 13lb 14 ounce single buckling.. letting that cervix heal as long as I can).. and Chloe (who cut her leg and needed tendon surgery last night).. vet says go ahead and breed her.. but don't use one of the BIG bucks.. (to much shoving/pushing forward on that ripped up front leg).. going to breed her to one of the 3 amigos.. not sure which one..

...there will be NO sleeping for us.. between Feb 6th and Feb 19th ...

Mercy Susie! I will send you a BUNCH of some strong coffee to keep you away during that time . I too love it when my FF's get bred their first time . Can't wait to see all those pretty babies next February, it will help my baby fix until mine arrive in March.
