Seven photos from our place

We really don't have much color yet...not like last year!! Still I decided to take a little stroll and see what I could find that is pretty or interesting...hope you like them. It is hard to get tired of looking at photos of country places! Our late chicks are now almost three weeks old and doing well - all 6 survived - looks like 3 boys, 3 girls. The buck who managed to rip down that huge branch is Knox - the girls love him for his ability to take down trees..and I guess other things! The view of the deck is from inside the chicken coop (I never took a picture from there before). The two little dogs are our goat nannies (the Twerbs). They LOVE taking care of the baby goats! Pumpkins are actually just sitting there waiting to go from the garden to the house for "decorating" the front porch...but we are not done staining the cabin yet!! Maybe Thanksgiving pumpkins instead of Halloween.LOL.

LOVELY!!... thanks for sharing.. Autumn is my favorite time of year..(still think we'll have a good year for color.. trees are being slow to change, with the cooler temps forecast for the upcoming week.. I'm hoping that will get the colors going..
