I have bred some standard does to Nigerian bucks via AI. I did one doe last year, and have a single doeling as the result-a beautiful one! I haven't done any mini's yet, but plan to sometime use either some alpine (on a 2nd+ freshener that hasn't had problems with kidding in past), or some Nigerian semen. I have had my mini alpine buck, Memphis collected as well, and will probably use some in the future-but am also hoping to sell some, he is a nice buck! It is a very easy procedure for you to learn, but you have to have a tank ($$), so if you have a vet willing to help, that is great! Maybe send an email to Paula at Creamcup Mini's. She has mini lamanchas, and is also in charge of the AI registrations at MDGA. I am pretty sure there are at least a few mini LM bucks collected.
