Having a sometimer moment. Really need help.

Okay long story short one of my does had a date with one of my bucks around May(can't remember the dates and I can't find it either.) I remember cursing myself because I would have to stop milking her in September and she wouldn't be able to show so it would be October sometime. Well i dried her off a few weeks ago and noticed one side was larger then the other side so I milked her out. Got to the other side (the smaller side) and started milking and what looks like to me colostrum came out. Thick and yellow and sticky. Now my question for you guys could it be milk with high butter fat in it?

my experience isnt going to help solve the conflict but I dry up by not milking for about a week and then doing a final milk out, and that week old milk is very thick and yellow, super sticky too just like colostrum. My hubs called sweetened condensed milk
