What's up with my Buck??

I have 2 bucks each are three years old and have bred in the past. They are currently in the same field...just a little background anywho, one of my bucks is acting very "bucky" throught the fence to my does, blubbering, snorting and trying his best to get to them. My other buck just doesn't seem that interested, he will mosey over to the fence every once in a while but lets the other buck run him off pretty easy. He is getting over a case of worms but seems to feel pretty good, eating good and grazing. I am scared he isnt going to perform and he had really good lines so I was hoping to breed him to at least 2 of my does.
Any advice??
Thanks so much, I love this site.

Ive got two bucks too and they acted like yours. One stayed at the fence and the other one didn't act interested at all. But when it came time that the does were actually in heat, The one I was worried about sure did his job. .

One is dominant. One is not. Normal.
