About crabapple trees. Remember when I said we had cut down and drug a crabapple tree into the goats pasture? And I said they were eating all the leaves and leaving the apples alone? Well once the leaves were gone and the apples had rippened they went to town on the apples. It was funny watching them try to chew them though. They would get one in their mouth and fling their head back and forth until they got a good hold with their back teeth and then they will start munching. They love them and to date there have been no problems. There are still several apples left where they cannot reach. When we cut the tree up some more I am sure those will disappear as well. Oh and this has been over the course of a couple months.
