So it's common for them to bleed while in heat like a dog does ?

No it is not common for a goat to bleed from their vulva. I would be taking her temperature to possibly rule out an infection. Is it possible she could have caught or cut it on something?

Is it blood for sure? or just moisture? I guess none of mine showed blood when in heat.

Yes it's blood for sure I just checked her again she's still swollen but don't appear to be bleeding any more right now ill check her temp when I get back home what's a normal temp for a goat I don't think she caught it on something but its a possibility

Just curious - you said your buck was in a pen beside hers. Are they only separated by fencing? I'm asking because we learned last year that bucks are no respecters of fencing when it comes to gals on the other side.

The only time a doe should have blood back there is while and a couple weeks post kidding. If she had been Bred for about 3 months I would say she is aborting.
