I have been posting here quite a bit lately... but haven't posted many pictures.

I realize I have absolutely violated the HT code. So I shall make up for it.

Here's my goat guide. (Hey, do you guys remember Black Betty and Alice? Minelson, do you? Because they are still here and just awesome.)

Goat guide:

Tiny Black & White ND would be Maisie
Medium Sized Tri-Color ND would be Hazel
Horned Black & White ND would be Abraham
Big Black & White ND would be Mia
Orange (don't judge me and my goat colors, LOL) Moonspotted Nubian is Alice!!!! (LOOKIE LOOKIE at my wonderful goatie!!!

Very horrid conformation, my Alice, but she is so SWEET! I better stop talking about my sweet baby Alice before this becomes its own paragraph.)
Black & White Ticked Lamancha would be Black Betty
I think... that is all? I feel that I am forgetting someone... I think that is all though. So there you go.

More, because Abraham wasn't included in that one. And a video of me with my goats... might want to turn the sound down... there is LOTS of baby talking because that's kinda what I do in goatie mode. Oh, and in this video you will see (and hear) why we are getting rid of Abraham. Don't worry, he's separated now.

Wonderful pics and video! Yes I do remember Black Betty...the song always gets stuck in my head

She looks so sweet! I liked your baby talk...at least you have a soft voice compared to others I know and myself lol! Your guard dogs looks so sweet also. I can see that all the goats and dogs love you very much!

what part of Orange is so horrid? she needs a bit more length and a better rump but I wouldnt call her horrid. Hey eyes tell me she should be reasonably wide in the rear.

Reason why her conformation is horrid... well, lots of reasons:

Weak in the chine
Posty legs
Very steep rump
Terrible topline
Doesn't blend very well
Needs length

I'm sure there are more, those are just some from right off the top of my head.

I LOVE her colors though. So spotty now that she is older! Hopefully pregnant, too.

Oh, and Alice was an attempt to disbud. *sigh* Could you say overall mutt goat?

With all of her faults, I just don't care at all, as I love her so, and she should be a good family milker as she is a Nubian/Lamancha. She is in waiting to be CAE and CL tested for the year as is everyone else. On my tip toes about this one! If she comes back positive...

She has to be put down. I will CRY my eyes out for days. She's pretty much my best little friend at the moment.
