Pony, close your eyes, take a slow deep breath and let it out slowly, imagine a beautiful and peaceful valley (crawling with goats if you want) and visit as often as needed.
Gods Peace be with you.

Oh Pony, don't be sad. You need to get outside in this beautiful weather the good Lord has blessed up with, this week.
Gonna say a prayer for you!

Thanks, Folks.
My work just has me walking the black dog recently. Looking for ways to clean out the psyche, and there's no substitute for storming the heavenly gates. But I'm just so worn, it's hard to bend my knees... I am not ashamed to admit I need help.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hang in their Pony. I've been praying for you as I've mulled over this thread. Maybe it is something as simple as those danged cicadas. They have me in a funk right now.

Thank you for praying! Today is a bit easier. I was able to get out of bed w/o crying, so that's a big ol' plus right there! AND I was able to praise God our Father, and that's HUGE!
I know that we will all struggle through life, it's just part of the process. But we also need to lean on each other and lift each other up.
Thanks for holding up this Pony!

GOOD for you in reconizing your depression.
Ist, food: have an apple in the AM with some water. Even if you have to buy them, treat yourself to some blueberries ALL during the day! Drink water, a cup+ all during the day. Less carbs, not total delite.
2nd: Make a list of things that have made you happy in the past, things that cost no $ and things you can do after work. ex. ride a bike, horse computer etc.
3rd: Make a list of things that have made you happy and cost a LITTLE money. Ex. going to the movies, a ice cream, pizza night. Take $20 a week 1st from pay check and treat yourself. DO it!!!!!!!!
4th Make a list of things you want that cost more $. ex. I have wanted to finish the arbor over our patio...$60 for lumber, I have saved 3 weeks and had ice cream each week.
5th make a list of things that you want to get done and make a schedule, DO NOT set yourself up for failure. Ex. Weed one row in the garden a day, not the whole garden, in a days, 7 rows are done! Clean top of closet one day and bottom the next day...then it is done. EX. Invite a friend over for a closet cleaning party, pizzia afterwards. Biggest thing I have learned is, as I said, do not plan too much and set yourself up for failure. Doing things with a friend is much more fun and motivating than doing a project alone.
Can you tell I am a retired teacher with my "lists". It is VERY rewarding to then cross the projects off as they are completed. But.you may have to force yourself at first to "get going", but sharpen your pencil to be crossing things off the "LIST". Blessings.................joan

Whatever warmth and the happiness can be sent this way, it's coming at you right now.

Pony I feel your pain/heaviness.
Yeah little things like the above.
Then there's face to face fellowship with a good friend or two if you can.
Prayers sent, hugs.
