Question about showing

I've never shown before, and I've seen just one class of showing; last year's fair.

I have started a mini-mancha herd and I'm the only one in a 5 hour drive (according to my research and speaking with LM and mini breeders).

If I were to start showing, would my goats be the only ones in the ring? Or would a variety of minis be there. There are mini-alpines, mini-Nubians and mini-oberhaslis here.

Just wondering, because if I start showing, to put their awards on descriptions for sales, its quite disingenuous to tout 1st and 2nd place when there are only two in the ring.

Thanks all

First i know limited amount on what you are asking. They will need to be registered as experimentals if you are showing adga or grade . They will need to be 10 in a class from two different owners could be you and your family member as long as they are not all registered to you... the object is only to beat you competition that's all a group win is though it does count officialy it is legit its not your fault no other compition showed up.
