Nubian Buck - $125 (Hughesville) 2 year old buck. Tri color, has been disbudded. Sweet, easy to handle. Never been bred. Has paper work to be registered American Nubian, just never sent in. Would like gone as soon as possible.

In the ads here, you often seen certified virgin bulls offered for sale. I think there's a disease control mandate that's causing this. I found the following quote on a beef management website:

"As a means of controlling disease, only virgin bulls should be introduced into a herd. Testing for brucellosis and tuberculosis before purchase should be routine. Trichomoniasis is more prevalent in older bulls because of crypt development as bulls age. However, some young bulls have tested positive."

yup, many troubles from used bulls, so i'm betting this person is putting that out there for this same reason.
