Doe with vaginal bleeding

We have 3 Nigerian does that have never freshened and a 1.5yr old buck that has not managed to have a successful breeding with any of them in the full year they have all been running together. (Everyone always says running them together is a bad idea and now we know why. We're in the process of fixing that mistake with new fencing).

My 2yr old, Bella, is having some vaginal bleeding. I don't think she is in labor; she does not look even a little pregnant, her ligs are not soft at all, and she has no udder development. So is a miscarriage the most likely cause? It doesn't seem like enough bleeding to be that, but its definitely more than just a little bloody discharge. Any ideas?

It could be a miscarriage.
