Vinnie has fashion sense.

I went out this morning to get Vinnie on the stand for a hoof trim, and she would not let me get close to her. I tried several times...hid the collar in my pocket, acted like I was just going to pet her...all sorts of things. She would NOT let me anywhere near her! So, I went in the house and told Hubby about it. As I was telling him, I looked down and wondered if she had been afraid of my capri pants. They are a wild flower print that I bought at goodwill a few years ago and I had never worn them to the barn (or anywhere, for that matter!). So, I changed into my regular shorts, went back out, and she acted like I was her best friend.

If they were made in 1968, they were meant for me. That's the year I was born!

FLOWER POWER!

You're lucky she didn't think they were vegetation.

Oh, my goodness! Yes, it is a good thing that she did not eat those shorts! I am positive that I saw those on the list of poisonous plants on the Fias website. Molly knows her stuff and those shorts are definitely poison! I would be very careful where you wear them...killing your own goats is one thing, but killing wildlife is very serious!!

My favorite mini-skirt, yes circa 1968, was out of the same fabric. That was back when I had legs.Good memory!

She was probably scared of all the hummingbirds dive bombing you! At least you know she's not colorblind...
