Who would you breed first?

I have 2 FF mini-nubians and am trying to figure out which one to breed this fall. Any thoughts? It's probably worth mentioning that we do not plan (lol) to keep any of the kids. We keep them as family dairy goats and plan to breed each one once a year. So we want to breed one this fall for spring kids and the other for a fall/winter kidding.

Ginger

She is first generation IDGR/TMGR. Her udder is not nearly as big as Skittles' but her teats are nicer. They are larger and their placement makes it MUCH easier to milk her. We don't weigh the milk but are getting 1 quart per day (total, 2 cups per milking) between two milkings. She's also nicer on the stand and will stand patiently until we are done. She's just over 8 weeks fresh. She did not get a whole lot of breed characteristic from the Nubian side. She has total airplane ears, lol. She is the herd queen and is a total sweetheart.

Skittles

She is IDGR 4th generation, TMGR 1st generation. Her udder is bigger than Ginger's but her teats are painfully small. In addition, they seem to want to tuck under her back legs and accessing them is hard. Again, we are not weighing the milk but she's giving about 1 quart per day (only milking once, as she still has a baby on her). She's 8 weeks fresh. She's also a total butthole on the stand She has a lot more Nubian physical characteristics than Ginger.

We plan to pen breed with a buck from the breeder we got these girls from. She keeps them for about 8 weeks. Now, if we can catch one in heat (we are very new at goat keeping, have only had them for one month today!), we can certainly do a driveway breeding. If we don't, the breeder plans to keep whichever we choose for the 8 weeks.

If we don't notice she's in heat and it comes to the point where we need to make a decision, which would you choose?

personally I would breed them both and keep them both in production, they are both only putting out a quart of milk a day give or take, that should increase with each breeding, but its still not much milk to do anything with, and there is no guarantee that they will milk through a whole year being FF does and no real history. sense your not keeping the kids then its no issue about the number of little ones to hold over,
