White Muscle Disease - Question

My vet just left and it appears the kids have white muscle disease (all 4 were nursing from one doe), though she still had no explanation for the vomiting. She gave a shot of BoSE and recommended some dietary changes for the kids (adding grain each day). Is there something I need to do for the adults, or are the loose minerals enough?
