Yogurt ?
Sorry, but the responses on the dairy forum are slow, and I'm gunna need answers soon it appears.
I think I've finally succeeded with making goat milk yogurt thats not runny! HURAH!
Now.. How do I make the plain yogurt - made with dannon- into vanilla flavored? The last two times I tried, once vanilla and once strawberry, it failed horribly.

Btw, I also have some cream cheese that appears to be coming along nicely!
