If you see no more lumps, keep the milk. If you don't, then *I* wouldn't worry. It's up to you, as you know your goats and their norms.
I have a MiniMancha who made lumps for a couple of days right after she freshened, and I think it was just old dry milk from the last freshening.
REAAAAALLY keep an eye on her. If it's not better by Sunday night, take a sample, freeze it, and ship it Monday.
(Why do these things always happen on Friday??)
