Blu-Kote works wonders, but I'd still want to get to the root cause.

Is it draining? Is she nursing the kids or are you bottle feeding?

Ditto on the Blu-Kote spray.

She may have had some sort of bite and irritated it till it looks bad. It could be fungus. It could be just about anything!

Have you had a lot of rain where you are?

Hi..& Thanks again to you all for your replies...
I'm so not good with any OPEN WOUNDS, and I'm so new to goats...AND I was so freaked out that I called our Vet an they said if I could bring her in, that they could see her...so ...I loaded her into my subaru...and off we went.... 1.5 hr drive...30 minutes in with the VET...$85 dollars later....and she said that Temp was OK....Heart & Lungs sounded ok...and that the lesion was likely caused by 2 things:

#1: The Two & a Half weeks of rain we had followed by two days of 85 Degree /Humid weather
#2 the Betadine Solution can be harsh and burn sensitive skin...and while It was helping in some spots...it could have been burning in others....

She said that she was not concerned by the sore or the groin bumpies (like Alice mentions, she thought it all could have been triggered by Black Fly Bites...) ....and she prescribed some Banamine & Silver Sulfadiazine Cream 1% (evidently an antibiotic cream that is similar to what is used on burn victims...)

I had recalled some other posts that mentioned the Blue-Kote So on my way back to the sticks, I stopped in at TSC..Picked up some Alfalfa Pellets (thanks for the tip Alice!!) & some Blue-Kote...

The vet also said when washing her down to only use a moisturizing dish soap (like Dawn Hand Renewal) and leave out the smidge of bleach I was adding...

So we got home, I got her washed up and dried well... milked her out...applied the special Silver Sulfadiazine Creame 1% and she went and got a big drink...and laid down in her bed....thoroughly exhausted from her big journey..!!

The one BUMMER of it all was that the vet suggested that we not drink her milk for a week, until the lesions and bumpies clear up... I've got 2 gallons in my fridge....& I've been drinking it and using it regularly...She said it was probably fine...but just to be safe....she'd wait...

I figure I'll give her cream a couple of days...and if i don't see significant improvements I'm going to switch to the Blue-Kote!!

BTW...she is not nursing, her kid was promised as the stud fee ...so she doesn't have any little ones (sadly...)

Again THANK YOU ALL....
There is so much information out here on the web...that it can be completely overwhelming ...all of the possibilities of different things that it could be...

I am learning....and all intentions are in the best interest of my animals...I just feel so bad when I don't have enough knowledge to ACT rather than panic!....

Jenniferlynn13 that's what you have us. When we react the others talk us down and put logic back in our heads and teach those who ask! At least you care enough to seek help.
