Got my new surgery date

I know this is goatie info but hoped you all would just say a quick prayer that this time it goes through. I am now scheduled for hip replacement on June 14th at Dartmouth. I now have to get through the next couple of weeks without any infections, illnesses, or injuries.

I saw my Rheumotologist today and looks like my B cells are still non existent and my immunoglobulin is less than half of what it should be. Now without confusing everyone, I am on a drug that is supposed to do that, but that is now causing me to catch every single bug in the world. Normally we wouldn't bother about that because we are trying to supress my immune system. but because I had the strep pneumonia in my blood and the staph in my lungs, my doc is afraid of me getting anything like that again before or right after the surgery. So looks like I may be getting an infusion of immunoglobulin cells in the next week.

thanks for all the support and prayers. They really do mean a lot to me. God bless. Lynn:

You will be in my praryers. A little tip. If you dr will allow it. Mega dose of vitimin c and Aleo Vera juice. Our local organic dairy farms use Aleo Vera juice and aleo pellets to boost the immune systems of their animals when they get sick. Works great! I use it also! I get uti's all the time. Helps a ton! I also take cinnamon. Natures anti biotic.

Good news about the hip replacement. Will be praying, lighting a candle, doing a naked dance under the full moon for you!

Just bumping this up! I was thinking about you today Lynn and I knew your surgery was coming up. I called you a little bit ago and left a message on your cell, I will try and call you in a few days to see how your surgery went.

Just wanted you to know I am thinking about you and praying for you!
