Yogurt?

What is your absolute favorite "go to" recipe for yogurt? I'm quickly being overrun with milk (only milking the new doe while waiting for the dewormer to clear in the other 2), and need to make something to use some of it up.

Fankenhausers cheese page. The yogurt recipe is easy and has never failed me. Many of the other recipes are good too. http://biology.clc.uc.edu/fankhauser/cheese/cheese.html
