Constipated baby

I got a new LaMancha/Alpine doeling on Wednesday. I'm not completely sure on age, she's just a bit smaller than my February doeling though so I think 2-3 months.
She got a bit of diarrhea despite me switching her slowly from goat milk to cow milk. I gave her some SpectoGuard and today she's gone the other direction and is constipated. She is trying to go, and I can see the poop, but she just can't get it out. She's eating and drinking. What can I do for her?

Use a glycerin suppository & that should help but you can also add a little Karo syrup to her bottle to help keep things moving.

Thank you! I'm going to buy some glycerin suppositories to keep on hand. I ended up squirting some oil/water mix "up there" and massaged her belly a lot, she finally pooped and is looking much better.
