Pregnant doe, borderline FAMACHA eye membranes...worm?

I have a yearling, pregnant doe that previously had great looking membranes...nice and brightly pink/red colored, now looking paler....looks about where the coloring for "borderline" is on the FAMACHA chart. Would you worm her and what's the safe wormer for a pregnant doe? If it matters her EDD is 07/24/13.

in every other way, she looks great. She's spunky and eats well, shiny coat, bright eyes.

I would get a fecal done if you are really worried about her (not saying I don't trust the FAMACHA chart). I know there are wormers that are safe to use during pregnancy but my morning brain can't remember them right now. Hopefully someone else chimes in soon who doesn't have a case of morning brain .

I've had to use Ivomec plus orally on a couple pregnant does. At least 100 days bred and use 1cc per 30lbs.

I'd bolus and have a fecal done to see what you're dealing with. If it isn't a heavy load, the bolusing could buy enough time until you hit the 100 day mark. Did you worm her when you brought her home?

She wasn't.....she was bred and confirmed pregnant last fall, slipped the pregnancy at some point but the breeder wasn't sure and I was waiting to see if she might be still pregnant. While waiting for her due date to come and go she went into heat and was bred and since her membranes looked so bright red then I didn't do it then either. Now she's obviously bred and here we are.

Well, I'll get her bolused and see if I can get fecals to the vet and see who needs what.
