Finally we have milk! YEAH!!

Cecelia kidded on March 2, but before I could start stealing some of Shaky's milk. Cecelia developed mastitis!
April 15 will be the end of the withdrawal period due to the antibiotics she was given along with the infusion treatment. Tonight I plan to start closing Shaky up at night. He is not going to like seeing mama on the other side of the stall. I figure he was just lucky to have her at night for this long! LOL

But, Annie kidded on April 5. Since she had no surviving kid to feed, I have been giving her initial milk to the pigglets along with Cecelia's. I have 2 AGHs that are about 4 month old at this time and they have been loving the goat milk. I have been calling them my "Butterball Pigs".

Anyway, yesterday I started bringing Annie's milk in for us to use!!!

MMMMMMM Fresh Goat Milk!

That's what we do all this for! Congrats on getting some for yourself! I don't keep the bucklings or we'd never get a drop for the house.
