First batch of feta ever!

Our first batch of feta was finally ready to crumble today. It is delicious! Squeee! I love making cheese!

I need to find a good feta recipe. I've made a few that were too salty for my liking.

We didn't use near as much salt as they said we could probably about half.

I used the recipe from A Cheese Makers Journey. It's written by the same lady that wrote Goats Produce Too. It was really easy. And yes, we used probably half the amount of salt recommended by the recipe.
