Help ASAP - doe bloating

Lord help me! Now I have ANOTHER doe bloating! She is up and moving around but she is VERY bloated. I just gave her 1/4 cup mineral oil, 1/4 cup baking soda and 2 tablespoons pepto bismol. A minute or two after I gave her that she started pooping, at first it was pellets now it is the runs.

I haven't dealt with bloat before in the herd either so HELP! Her stomach is pretty hard and I am rubbing it (heading back out now) to try and get her to belch. What else do I need to be doing? What else can I do? I can get someone else up to help me if I need it. I swear it is the night for things to go WRONG!

Give Baking soda in warm water with molasses. See if she will drink it on her own. I leave baking soda outat all times for mine.Keep her up and moving take her for a walk on a leash if u have to.

Oberhaslikid I did give her 1/4 cup of baking soda along with the mineral oil. Should I go ahead and give her even more baking soda mixed in with molasses water?

I am running back in to reply (I can view replies on my phone but can't reply via my phone). I have been rubbing her belly and I got her to burp at least 3 times from rubbing her belly but no more burbs since those first 3. Her stomach isn't as hard and has a bit more give. She isn't grinding her teeth (wasn't in the first place) and she is up and moving around somewhat.

Should I take her for a walk and keep her moving? How long should I be doing this? She is still bloated but I am not sure how fast I should be seeing results or how often I should give baking soda or mineral oil.

Okay I walked her around for a good 20 minutes, stopping every few minutes for some vigorous belly rubs. She isn't near as tight as she was and I actually see a bit of dip where there should be dip. She is still slightly bloated but nothing like she was before, I went ahead and put her back in her pen. I am back up in 1 1/2 hours for my other sick doe so I am going to dose her again with baking soda (and mineral oil?) at that time.

Anything else I should be doing? I know I am going to be dead on my feet later today and I will have 3 does all decide to kid on me .

If she is still tight today give her the same mineral oil, baking soda & pepto bismol. Keep rubbing her sides & walk, walk, walk her. After this 2nd dose of everything just Pepto or Kaolin Pectolin to sooth her stomach & help with the diarrhea.

***update***

Okay I went ahead and dosed her again with 1/4 cup baking soda and some molasses water. She was laying down when I went out to the barn and seemed pretty comfy but I want to make sure she stays this way. She isn't NEAR as tight as she was and seems to be okay now. I will be keeping a sharp eye on her though. It was hard for me to notice she was actually bloated at first because she has been SO huge with kids.

Thank you SO much for all the fast replies! I swear everybody in the herd decided to make my first day off an exciting one .

Mineral oil will CAUSE runs.

What are they eating? Lots of fresh spring grass? Change in feed?

She is eating lots of fresh spring grass. Nothing out of the norm in her diet except for the grass growing like crazy. They have 24-7 access to their pasture but it isn't terribly high and they have been eating it for the past few weeks with no problems. I haven't changed her grain diet except to up her grain a smidge (she is due to kid today). I have no clue what set off the bloat because nothing major or even really minor changed in her diet.

The upping of the grain occurred days ago not just today so I don't think that set her off. She didn't have access to anything different during the day...I am at a loss. I think everyone just wants to keep me on my toes . I haven't had a case of bloat in 9yrs in my herd and in 10yrs I have never had a case of pregnancy toxemia. To have BOTH in 1 night I am about ready to fall over from being stressed!

Oh I gave her some probiotics as well with this last dose of baking soda/molasses water.
