Vitamin B shot

I know this is a dumb question but I was wondering if people are able to use the Vit.B complex on them selves? Is this a different composition than the one you get from the doctor?

You probably could. I don't know that I would, especially not an open bottle.

I would just get vitamin B oral pills for people OTC. I don't see why you'd need to get an injection by a doctor for such an easy to absorb, impossible to overdose water soluble vitamin.

Unless I'm battling polio, I usually give vit B orally.
