Meanwhile: I have noticed a bigger difference today (day 5) in her udder. The "mass" is getting smaller ...udder is getting softer. The J-vac has been ordered so waiting on that. Heidi seems to enjoy having her udder massaged but only on the stand
The boys are doing fine with being bottle fed not as bouncy as I think they should be at 5 days old but it has also been cold.
Tried to get some updated pictures but NO ONE was staying still

I hope she continues to improve. All is not lost yet so keep up what your doing.
