Maybe everyone else already knows this....but Hoegger Supply has posted lots of wonderful cheese making videos by Mary Jane Toth ("Goats Produce Too"). I am so thankful for their website. Its my favorite place to shop and now I'm learning so much too.

Thank you for the link. I want to try & make cheese this year & according to Yarrow & Alice in TX/MO. I can do it so I'll start with a soft white cheese & see how we like it.
I've always been to intimidated to make cheese thinking it's really hard but we'll see.
