Looking for Milking Nannies

Good Morning everyone. I enjoy reading all about your homesteads and animals. I am getting a place sit up for my goats (2 boer x nannies and 1 set of twins). I have decided to buy a young dairy nanny. Is there anyone in the Moody, MO area that has some or knows of some in this area? I also have a fence question. Where I moved from we had 7 strand barbwire and woven wire. Lots of rocks. Here not so much rock. What type of fencing do you have?

I use cattle panels on t-posts. As long as it is straight up, it works pretty well for adults, especially with the addition of a strand of electric on top to prevent climbing. For kids that are small enough to squeeze through the cattle panels, I have a kid pen with wire mesh attached to the panels and another pen using chain link dog kennel panels.

We use woven wire for our does, big wood posts with tposts in between for added strength. We will add electric as well to keep them from pushing on it. Our buck pen is wood posts even closer together, tposts in between, with cattle panels as fencing.

Welded cattle panels on part, woven wire on part, and electric net fence on part.

A mixture of welded cattle panels and chain link. The chain link is only 4ft tall but we have never had a goat jump over it.

we use what's called combo panels. they are like cattle panels but with smaller holes at the bottom. the kids squish thru sometimes but its not a big deal. the adults do fine with it. we also have a larger pen with wire mesh with the same idea--larger at top, smaller holes at bottom. i like the combo panels esp. near the barn, as I feed their hay on the outside of the pen, they put their heads thru a hole and keep their feet and poop out of it. then it can be used for horses or the bucks. can't afford to waste hay!

Thank you everyone. Right now the goats are in a 30'x10'x6' pen made out of dog panels and 2"x4" wire. While we do the other chores they are let out to browse on 2 acres. My friends and neighbors want me to fence with woven cattle wire. I worry about that since I am right on the highway.
