funsize had quads!
I had her induced to kid about noon (30 hrs when mine seem to go) but I knew she'd go early so we did 2 hr checks all nite. Between 6:30 and 8:15 she had 3 kids all dried off and one with just a leg out and head turned back. I thought it was a hind leg so ran to the house for gloves and scream for DH to come hold her . Was a front leg with head back i hooked the other knee and kid popped right out. Musta been just hitting the pelvis right that this big experienced girl couldnt do it herself. Pretty gold moonspotted dead buck.
When I first saw FunSize and what was going on I saw 2 kids. Then we pulled her up to work with her and crap she was laying on a gold buck. He wasnt moving but he is now tottering around and hungry! Miracle. Little shakey so maybe a little bit of damage or oxygen deprivation.
So what I have besides him are a super flashy black covered in grey moonies doe and a chocolate buckling covered in moonies.
Mom cleaned out fast and not stressed. Pics in the next couple hrs.

you guys are such pains, lol!
Here you go....
Here is the doeling
The chocolate moonie buck (he's knuckled over so splited for a day)
And the gold boy is the miracle boy who had his mother lying completely on top of him and looked dead. He's a real go getter!

Those are all some really pretty kids but that little doeling has some unusual colors to her. Are you keeping her?

Wow! That would go down in my books as a repeat breeding for the next year. These three gorgeous babies, and a gold with moonspots? YES!

I can't repeat the breeding as I leased a young buck from a breeeder in northern MN and borrowed FunSize as well...I bred her, she was my first ND baby born here and sold her as a 3 yo to a couple. I wanted to linebreed on some Rosasharn genetics so asked to have her back for 6 months and they said sure. Now this doe kid will be bred to my new buck from NC thats all Rosasharn lines. Hoping for superstars! And spots lol.

How beautiful!! I'm sorry you lost the other little boy, but these three are stunning. As someone said, definitely a breeding combination you might want to try again!
