La Mancha kids today
Belle, the La Mancha Karla got from Alice in TX/MO , who was bred to Milo, the La Mancha buck with the pompadour, kidded today.
I was picking up a load of corn about mid morning when Karla called and told me she had just got home from running errands and Belle had one on the ground cleaning it up and was in labor with #
2. She was going to take the groceries in and then go back out and sit with her.
When she got back, the 2nd was here. and Belle was cleaning it . it wasnt long and they were both dry and up nuzzling for some lunch.
The buck kid is under momma and the doe kid is out in front. He was a good bit smaller than his sister, but they both got a belly full and are doing good.
Karla said she is going to work her way thru the alphabet with names. This year starts with A, so these 2 are Adam and Adele.
