Dosing with a caulk like gun

Forgive me if this has been mentioned, I could not find the info. Today, DH found a gun for me to use with the Replamin for $6 at F&F. It is actually labeled for a 290 G Safe-Guard tube.

Before I go playing with it and waste any of the Replamin, how many clicks of the trigger will give me 5 ml's?

1 click is 5, 2 is 10, 3 is 15....
