price?

What would the difference in the sale's price between a kid for meat, and a kid for breading?

Depends on the time of year. Around here during the Easter market you can get about 1.80 per pound on the hoof for meat kids. Now a clean nice brood doe is going to cost at least $200 and up.

It also depends on your bloodlines. My Saanen does start at $500 and breeding bucks start at $300. If I sell a buck kid for meat it depends on the market price and the weight of the kid. Typically I will get $50-70 for a weaned kid for meat.
