I haven't done fecals yet, but there is no slide stage, and I doubt if the magnification is good enough. It would be great, though, if some one could come up with an inexpensive way to view via a computer.

Hmmm interesting. Not sure what magnification is needed to do fecals.
10x-50x optical...200x digital zoom. I've found the digital zoom on a camera is not all that great. No idea how it would be on microscope.

Did you read the reviews? The first 2 are incredibly detailed, there's even a video.

Looking forward to the goat sages input with any details on experience in doing fecal with micrscopy.

I don't think that would work because you need to be able to see through the different layers of your specimen. With this scope your specimen would set on a table top with no light source under it.
