Ordered Replamin today

I can't wait to start using it and see how things go. I did order the application gun thingy for it. Since 5cc is the dose and with the applicator that is the dose it spits out when you pull the trigger, I figured it would be easiest. The dosage gun is expensive, but it should last a good long time.

I bet your goats are going to Love it & Love you plus you'll know they are getting the minerals & vitamins they need not just wondering if their eating enough loose mineral.

We ordered ours yesterday as well! I can't wait for it to get here, because we do have some deficiencies going on. That loose mineral just isn't cutting it by itself. I'm hoping Replamin Plus will make a difference for us!

ETA: I kind of wish we had ordered the applicator gun as well, but we'll make do without it for now. I feel like someone said on some thread I skimmed that 5 cc is about equal to one teaspoon? (This is if we have to go the cracker sandwich route). Can anyone confirm or deny that?

Lorelai - I didn't have the applicator gun at first either. I just used a wooden spoon handle to push the tube up.

I have really liked the idea that I KNOW they are getting their minerals/vitamins also.

Yes 1 teaspoon equals 4.92892159 cubic centimeters.
which is just short of 5cc's

You'll like it I bought 3 tubes when they had some sort of sale + free shipping going on.

I can't afford to use it weekly with all my goats, but after messing around with it for a while I find a way to use it on a schedule with my loose minerals so now I think I'm going to be able to ditch copper bolusing and using Bo-Se so I'm happy

No gun here, I just use a stick to push it into the end of a 6cc syringe. I have a syringe for each goat and the ends are cut off so I have a wider opening. Just fill the syringes inside, carry them out in my pocket to the barn and give each girl her syringe Thankfully most of mine suck it right out of the syringe.

I ordered the gun. Today is the first time I put the Replamin in between two crackers like a sandwich. It was awesome to not have to catch Sonya to give her a dose. She was begging for it lol I am so glad someone mentioned that in another thread.
