Hmmm, those certainly aren't normal. They aren't thick like normal horns either. You sure nobody tried to disbud her when you weren't looking?
Honestly, it does look like some sort of horn growth issue. Somethin' aint right. She appears healthy so I don't think it's some sort of weird deficiency... Is she growing normal and otherwise healthy? If she's healthy otherwise I wouldn't worry too much - but know that with boers, horns do have a part on the scorecard so selling her kids as breeding stock may or may not be more difficult... hard to say. She could be perfectly good for producing home meat, or 4H show wethers, which in many places have to be disbudded to show anyways.
