Selenium for nursing doe

Both of my recently freshened does are doing great. They are eating like elephants and the babies are growing fast. I do have a question about selenium. I always have questions about selenium!
My doe that has 9 day old triplets is seriously deficient in selenium, her hind feet are getting curved up like elf shoes - again. I plan on giving her selenium tonight 1 cc per 40# sub Q. Do you see any problems with that? I'm afraid if I don't she will be in a bad way soon, she's making ALOT of milk.
My other doe who had a single buckling 16 days ago could use a worming. She's a Togg and gets to looking wormy faster than the other goats. I would be using ivermectin paste. Neither has been wormed since kidding. I know alot of people worm immediately after kidding so I'm pretty sure there would be no problems there. I hate to do too much to the new mothers and try not to stress them at all.

Assuming you've trimmed her hooves and it's actually that she's rocking back on her pasterns, yes, I'd give her BoSe.

Yes, Alice she is not overly long in her hooves. I trim everyone regularly, hate to see overgown feet : ) This doe really gets deficient fast. I think its just her make up and the fact that she is a heavy milker.

I have one doe that does that. Needs BoSe more than most.

I would worm both does' too since they haven't been wormed since kidding. Always better to worm them the day they kid because the stress of kidding causes a worm bloom so it's better to worm them than to worry about too much stress, too big a worm burden can kill goats.
