ADGA online registration ????

I am going to join and I have goats to transfer and register. I saw you can do it all online. Has anyone here done it this way and is it easier & faster than submitting actual paper forms via mail? Do they charge extra for this?

I register ALL kids (of my OWN breedings) online ...love it.. quick simple, instant (no it does not cost more).. I've only done transfers via snail mail. I know you can transfer to someone with an ADGA ID # at the same time... With my OWN breedings I don't need breeding memos ect.. I know there is a way to do registrations with a breeding memo online, but I've not used that feature yet.

(you get your registratin number instantly - the papers will arrive in the mail in a week or so)

I don't think you can do a transfer unless you send the original papers in. I have done own breeding registration and breeding memo registrations. You just have to have the bucks owner to go online and do a memo for that doe, and then you can, "pick it up" and register the kids. Not hard !! Like Susie said a lot quicker and simpler. Plus it tells you if you messed something up if you try to send it and you have left something out.

Oh neat. I will have to send in the paper stuff for these guys but the kids I get this yr from them I will reg online. That sounds much easier. Wish some horse registries would do that!
