Boer vs. dairy kidding
It seems, from what I have heard that Boer does seem to have more triplets and quads than dairy does. Is there any truth to that?
My one and only doe that ever kidded was a Togg I had 25+ yrs ago. She had quads, three doelings and one buckling, and needed help delivering all of them. She raised three of them herself.
Two of my does should kid in the next two weeks. Both look to be carrying singles. I'd be surprized to see twins. But healthy babies is all I need.
