Goaties in the snow

I haven't posted any pictures for a while and decided that I needed to today since we finally got some decent snow yesterday. First up is a picture of the girls out in the pasture. Next is Miss Edwina, then Snicket, then a rear shot...see how much bigger Miss Lavinia is than her twin Miss Edwina? I'm pretty sure that Lavinia (Vinnie) is bred, but she was already a lot bigger than her sister before that. Next is Jimmy the wether and then Stinky McStinkbomb (Artie, the buck).

Stinky McStinkbomb! I love it (and he's so cute).

John calls Martok "Stinkpot Willie".

He and his brother are 7 months old...I would imagine that Artie will be even stinkier next year.

They are all so cute & the girls are so big now! None of them look like they mind the snow too much so that's good.

Vinnie is especially big...she weighed 82.5 pounds back in September when she was exactly 6 months old...and that was with my hubby standing on the scale with her, not with the weigh tape. I taped her a few days ago, and it said 130, but I'm pretty sure that is off a bit. I thought about keeping her and using her for meat kid production, but I have a friend that wants to buy her and a doe kid in the spring after she kids.
