Should I be worried

I really want to do all the things I am supposed to do with my new goats. I am not sure why Winters "Hoo-Ha" is so red? Should I be concerned and or do anything???

Has she been flagging? yelling alot? Could she just be in heat? Any discharge? Seems like dumb questions, but that would be my first thought. Some does are just quiet through their heats.
She doesn't look too big, but is she possibly bred? Has she freshened before?
