Question Gah very bloody milk

Daisy was fine this morning, but this evening has nearly straight blood out of one of her teats! Think I (or her kids) were too rough on her?
I milked her out and hubby gave her 3 vit c tablets & a squirt of replamin for good measure... now what? Just keep milking and see if it clears?

Is she a first freshener? If so, likely a small blood vessel burst. Milk her out one more time tonight, then see how it looks in the morning.

I had that with one of my does this past spring. Give it a few days to clear. It's very normal for a blood vessel to burst when they first freshen.

This is her 2nd freshening - She kidded in the Spring as well.
However we just pulled the kids at night 2days ago.
I'll milk her out again tonight and check in the morning, thanks all!

Keep an eye on that half, but I bet the new pressure buildup from putting her kids away coupled with their excitement at seeing their dam when released from the kid pen in the AM probably caused the damage.
