Buck Playing (video)

It is raining today so I am going through all the pics and videos I have and thought you all might enjoy this.
My buck Bubba loves his ball...He has 3 in his pen, all sizes, that he pushes around the pen. He has played with them since he was a few weeks old.

That is too cute. I have to try that and see if it will entertain my guys. Great idea!
Right now, my goats have the run of my horse pens and pasture. I have horse feeders made out of the empty plastic cattle mineral tubs with a wooden cross brace screwed to the bottom to prevent them knocking them over. My buck loves to push these around the pen. The babies jump in and out of them(probably looking for a leftover crumbs from the horses too).
When I had pigs, I gave them a bowling ball that they would push around the pen.

Bubba is so cute. I have one of those bouncer balls with the handle. My buck loved playing with it until it started getting close to rut time this year and he killed it. It's amazing what they will play with.

I tried a ball with our goats years ago when we first got them & they didn't really seem interested. I guess I'll have to try again. Bubba sure seems to enjoy his & looks like it keeps him pretty entertained.

He is a very entertaining boy. The others haven't played with them at all. He has loved it though. The princess ball is his favorite. LOL
The girls do not like the balls at all and haven't played with them, but we have them in the pens just in case.

He had been moved up close to the house to make breeding easier and so the little buck would get used to the bigger boys. This is what I would hear in the middle of the night when the windows were open. I would get up and look and he would be playing with the ball.

Looks like he is flirting with it. Do you have a play kitchen in his pen too? lol. My daughter has that same princess ball.

That is a little doll house, it is in the kids pen. I was letting him and the buckling together during the day to get used to each other. They have a doll house, a small picnic table and a play house to play in.
and ya it is flirting....he talks to the girls the same way.
