He's probably saying, "Wow! These drugs are great!" I hope they gave him pain meds anyways. Your little girl is a cutie.

Give Popcorn a hug from me and tell him that it may hurt now, but it means that he gets to keep his little girl as a pet forever.

Poor Popcorn. I always feel bad for them when they get banded or castrated too! Your little girl is making him feel better though.

Yes the vet knocked him out and gave him some pain meds I feel so bad, it's actually been quiet here and I missed seeing him peek through the window of the garage while I'm getting their feed (their pen is right next to the garage)

And Oreo keeps harrassing him >_< keeps trying to get him to play then humps his head...Popcorn is just like "please remove him"

I feel terrible but he's going to make a wonderful pet now, since we all know bucks don't make very good pets. He was too sweet to sell and possibly have him go for meat (Which is the reason I kept the boys and found good homes for the girls.)

He is super sweet Minn! He was one of a couple bottle babies at the place we got him, and the first to walk up to us, which is why I picked him, not to mention his unbearably cute "hound dog" ears that are extra long! He's a momma's boy for sure and when I go in for loving he will push his head into your armpit and close his eyes enjoying his scratches! Can't wait for that buck smell to go away though!!! (Hopefully it will, so I don't have to change my close and scrub my hands before work LOL) Hoping to learn alot from keeping these two boys so I'm nice and ready when I am able to start my own herd again, on my own property!

This is what Oreo kept doing to him....he just laid his head down and let out a "sigh," he's too sweet. Of course I pulled the little beast off

Vet also said he was healthy as a horse and big for his age...not really sure what an 8 month old boer "buck" should weigh lol but he weighed in at 120lbs.....Oreo weighed in at a whopping 19.8lbs
