If there hasnt been a change in the diet that would cause it.
When was the last time it was wormed and what age is the goat?
More info is needed.

OK again, can you take his temp? What wormer did you use? Can you get some Kaopectate in him.
You can give him plain yogurt (dannon)
Has he ever been treated for Coccidiosis?

Can you pick up Quest horse paste wormer at your feed store so you can worm with that in case the ivermectin doesn't work in your area or he didn't get enough?
Below is a link with the dosages for different wormers. The 2nd link is for cocci meds & dosages.
How many days in a row did you give him the meds for cocci? I would say give him what you have on hand for cocci for a full 7 days at the right dosage for his weight.
Kaopectate or Kaopectalin from the feed store might help slow down the diarrhea & help his upset stomach. Even Pepto Bismol if that's what you have in the house.
Is he drinking? You don't want him dehydrated if this has been going on for a few days.
Worms/Wormers
Different Cocci meds and doses
There's a difference in the amount of medication when doing cocci prevention or treating. Suggesting the above for 7 days thinking you already suspect he has a coccidosis problem.

Good advice so far. Does he have free choice baking soda? If not, you could also make a baking soda ball and feed it to him or make a drench. If he has baking soda and it's fresh you don't need to try this. Make sure he stays hydrated like Katie said. If he's not drinking I'd drench him with some sort of electrolyte. Good Luck and keep us updated!

I'm having the same problem with a mature doe. Treating with Kaopectate, Scour Chek, and Banamine.

If your feed mill has Di-Methox or Albon(same medication in the two) can you pick 1 of those up. If you suspect cocci in your 2 year old wether I don't believe the amprolium(sp?) if that's what you gave him will take care of the problem.
Also if you don't already have Probios paste on hand you should get a tube of that also & Kaopectate.
Amprolium(sp?) is used more for prevention as kids. i-Methox is for treatment of coccidosis or at least that's how I've always understood it.

Amprolium can be used as a treatment... but it is only a coccidistat, not a coccidicide. Essentially, this means it prevents the young oocyst protozoans from maturing to the adult stage which is the livestage that causes damage. Coccidicides kill some (or all) lifestages, depending on the drug. Corid MUST be given for 5 days in a row as a treatment. Prevention is a lower dose for 21 days in a row. Do not expect the same results as treating with a coccidicide, if cocci IS the issue. It is BEST utelized as a preventative, as it allows an animal to build natural immunity.
Usually a 2 year old would NOT need cocci treatment/preventatitve. The only reason I use feed-through preventatives Unless the adult is compromised in some other way, they should be resistant to Cocci.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for your wether. I hope you find what you need at your feed store for him. So frustrating when 1 is sick & your not sure what to do.
Do you have a vet you use or is that not an option?

Dan, if you are in Canada, you should be able to get Totrizuril over-the-counter as a coccidiacide. Look in the horse section for it.
At 2 years old....well, I have to ask, was your wether tested for Johne's Disease? Diarrhea can be a symptom of Johne's Disease (although not always in goats) and the disease does not show itself until adulthood, although infection occurs in kids. Does he seem to have a good appetite, but is getting thinner?

Use a drench gun. Or a syringe without a needle. I have some that will drink it out of a squirt bottle that I put in the side of their mouth.

Yes, if they won't drink, you have to drench them. Dehydration is what kills them when scours come on.
Also, I don't know where you are...but dehydration effects the body's ability to regulate temperature. Today, in balmy Texas, it is currently 77 degrees, so no worries if a goat happens to be sick. However, if you are up North where current temps are in the teens, hypothermia could easily be an issue.
Keep him warm and hydrated. If that means an electric blanket and drenching every hour with electrolytes, that is what it means. If you are in a cold area, warm the electrolytes up first and then drench.

Be careful he doesn't aspirate the fluid while drenching him.
I have a homemade electrolyte water recipe & mine Love it & drink it right down, you might want to try it.
The recipe is:
1 Liter warm water
2 TBSP honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
What did you find at the feed store that may help him that you didn't have?
