But will they have ears?

I took my year and a half old Samancha in to be bred today for the first time.

Although she was scared of him at first, by all accounts it appears he got the job done - four times.

She is out of my LaMancha doe and a Saanen buck and she has elf ears.

She was bred to a Saanen buck, so the babies will be 3/4 Saanen. It will be interesting to see how the ear thing plays out.

They have a 50% chance of elf ears and a 50% chance of regular ears.

Monkey is half LaMancha and she was bred (on accident) to a Boer buck and her son Boo has Boer ears.

This happened with a Saanen/Nubian cross - my Nubian doe had twin boys, one with perfect upright ears and the other with floppy ears (not exactly the hang down ears of the Nubian - in fact, his name is "Flop").

Of course, they were both white.

I saw a Nubian x Lamancha cross with the very best, super long bell shaped ears! Was very surprised... The twin had short elf ears...

Gotta love the suprise factor in LM crosses

The ear genetics on Lamanchas are very straightforward. Not so on Nubians. Since your cross is Lamancha/Saanen, and your doe is elf-eared, the babies will be, statistically, 50% elf-eared, 50% with upright ears.
