treatment for cystic ovaries in goats

Hi all,
I have a doe who cycles every 6 days or so, even though she has been with the buck twice with witnessed mountings. She has all the symtems of cystic ovaries, acting buck like, constantly in heat ect. Her pregnancy results came back as open. My queston is on treatment. Do I just treat with the cystorelin, or do I need to follow this up with a shot of lutalyse.

Shot of Cystorelin when she comes into standing heat, another shot 24 hours later. Doubt you'll need lute.
