I found little worms that looked like this on Sadies rectum, anus, backside (what ever)

Found little worms that looked like this... - Goats

I treated her (and Penny) with SafeGaurd and Quest. I didn't think they looked anything like Tapes but wanted to cover the bases. I also bolosed them. Any opinions and input would be welcome.
TIA

Tapes will flatten but look like a plump piece of rice, hooks are microscopic, too small to be round worms...

Those are not pinworms. Pinworms ONLY infect humans, period. Worms called "pinworms" in dogs are actually whipworms.

You cannot get pinworms from animals. Also, they cannot get them from you. Pinworms are host-specific.

What you have there are whipworms, which are a type of round worm. Treat with ivomectin.

The whipworm, often mistaken for the pinworm, that infects dogs and cats is Trichuris trichiura. The pinworm that infects horses is Oxyuris equi, while the pinworm that infects humans is Enterobius vermicularis.

The difficulty with the nomenclature is two-fold. In Britain, for example, "pinworms" mean roundworms that infect livestock, including the equine pinworms. The common name for the kind that infect humans is "threadworm". So the word "pinworm" can mean different things in different countries.

The second difficulty is that the word "pinworm" is often used by laypersons to describe any small, thread-like worm, of which there are many. So in common usage, "pinworm" can mean just about anything.
